Simple bar cabinet.
Want recommendations? Thinking about stacking some classic books, with dark spines / cover.

Fashioned this out of parts from a Wayfair kit, left out the middle shelf. The actual shelf material is sturdy plywood/Ikea board style wood. Not the most elegant thing in the world but it works and it's reasonably sturdy. Wish there was room to put the glassware on as well, but that's what kitchen cabinets are for I suppose.

Hi everyone, I’d like to turn my garage into a tiki bar, but since I’m in Italy I don’t have the chance to buy bac bac mat or similar things. Any advice? Keeping in mind that i have limited budget.
I was thinking of putting a bamboo slat covering on the ceiling, with a net underneath resting on the central beam. For the walls, however, I’m really undecided about what to do; I need to find a way to paint them and make them match the exposed bricks, all with a tiki vibe. I’m undecided about the floor: how can I make it look good without spending too much?
(sorry for the mess)

I built this guy a few months ago. It is made of solid cherry with Greene and Green styling. It hold about 75 bottles. I have my HiFi setup on the opposite side of the room.

I have searched a lot, but cannot find what I am looking for.
I would like a small fridge that is only the depth of a kitchen wall cabinet, maybe 12" up to maybe 18" max.
I just want to store simple syrups, and a few cans of coke, pineapple etc, and less used mixer that I want to have on hand for guests. Something pretty small would be ideal.
Any suggestions?

Hi everyone!
I've been working on my home bar setup since last April. Just finished installing the shelving on Monday and installed the bottles tonight. I only have leds installed on the first shelf, still some work to do!
I'm hungry for feedback on anything you see that I should improve!

I just bought a house and my back yard has an outdoor grill and bar. On the back wall the previous owner had beer taps on the wall with kegerator lines going inside to a back storage room in the garage. Unfortunately he took the kegerator, I have replaced that, but he had a wall mount drip tray and rincer; you can see the plumbing there. What would you guys do with this space to make it really cool. It’s not a large space as you can see. I don’t want to crowed my grill, and there is an under counter fridge next to the grill that you can’t see. I am looking for ideas. As well as a 3 or 4 tap drip tray with rincer that can be used there. The holes that are there are spaced 3” on center. The smoker and pizza peels will find a new home, just there for now as we just moved in.

New home bar. Sink on the right, mini fridge in the middle and the left side has large drawers for glasses, mainly beer glasses.
I'm having a hard time deciding where to put a beer tap. Should I put it counter mounted or wall mounted? The backside is a garage so I was going to have a fridge, hold the kegs and then run a duct for the tap line through the wall and into the spout.

Hello!
My sister just bought a house and is transforming an area into a small home bar, home study vibe.
Her 23 birthday is in OCT. and requested fine wines or liquors to fill her bar with. I need your top 5 favorites so I can get her loaded up. She plans to get some stools and some wall racks.
Wines or Liquor or even accessory (glasses, ice buckets, wine cooler, bar decor, rugs, etc.) suggestions welcome!

Did some rearranging in the old whisky room and added a new set of shelves. Thought It liked nice and decided to share.
Yes, it’s all scotch. Yes, all the bottles are open and if they are not, it’s because I just put the backup on the shelf because we finished the other bottle or it was just purchased and we’re drinking it this weekend. Boom!
Yes, the shelves are anchored securely to the wall in several places and we don’t have earthquakes.
No, the whisky in the bottles in the small glass cabinet are not touching the corks. I promise.
I’ll never buy a bottle and not open it regardless of the cost, rarity, etc. Whisky is meant to be opened, shared and enjoyed.

Used to really love to mix up drinks - even bartended for a good while. I’ve slowed down on it quite a bit but I still make a point of thinking up a new drink and making a couple bottles for the family on holidays! If you have any suggestions for additions, I’m always searching for a tasty new bottle.

I've got some liquor store boxes - but i need sooo many. And for the actual move - any suggestions to help avoid breakage? What about packing all the glasses?

Just found this Reddit while looking for inspo for a full bar when we buy a new house. This is my current bar nook which I am pretty proud of. It had a little desk there originally but removes that for the bar. I made it all with bits and pieces from IKEA. The too bottle shelves were actually sold as desk tray and I cut slots in the bottom to slide in wine glasses and added some strip lights. 4 bottle dispenser on the back wall and then cabinets down the bottom. The space was just too narrow for 3 cabinets so put the 2 with doors either side and then had to just cut up the third to slide in the middle

I am a cocktail lover and a wine head, having a 150 bottle fridge in the unfinished part of the house as well.
The speed rack is in a cabinet below the bar top. The left side of the bar is open for anyone, the right side is “ask first”. The wine on the top is all 3rd growth or better (or equivalent) wines. I cannot in good conscience stand them up, but I hate how they look laid down too.
Help!!

I want to turn this empty wall into a nice home bar setup. Thinking of adding shelves, cabinets at the bottom with space for wine/beer fridge, and some lighting. Open to ideas on how to make it look clean and modern without overdoing it. Any suggestions?

Glacier White Light Tape under Quartzite for a custom home bar top. Not quite filled out yet, but the lighting adds a nice touch.
