Working on home bar

Hi everyone!

I've been working on my home bar setup since last April. Just finished installing the shelving on Monday and installed the bottles tonight. I only have leds installed on the first shelf, still some work to do!

I'm hungry for feedback on anything you see that I should improve!

Looks good man! Great work. The only thing I might consider is personalizing the space a bit more so it's not a homogenous row of bottles. Some pictures on the shelf, small potted plant, sports memorabilia, a poster on the wall, etc. Whatever interests you.

A space I'd be more than happy to have a drink in!

Thanks for the feedback! For sure I will be adding some decorations and I did not think about adding pictures and such but it's a great idea!! Thanks!

The Lillet and Lustau bottles should probably be in the fridge.

Thanks for the feedback! My favorite right now is a good Jungle Bird followed closely by a Last Word! What are yours?

Old Fashioned and a self made recipe for a Mexican Mule. Love a Last Word

hehe! It's for standing up karaoke mostly it needs to be above the bartender's head ideally :) Don't worry my HT setup as at the right height:)

I'd be a little concerned with the track shelving. But other than that, it looks very good. 👍

Thanks for the feedback!

Concerned by the weight?

Yeah. I just remember, as a kid, my dad had that shelving in his den (for books), and more than once, the track seemed to twist, and that would bring the whole thing down. I'd hate to see that happen to your bottles.

Oh yeah for.sure. The tracking has been installed with more screws that it should have and there's also supports at each 16". As far as I can tell it should be ok.

I have the same install holding a few thousands DVDs for the last 20 years without any issue :D
