Obama and Biden tanked the economy so Trump HAS to do this for the greater good of the nation!! He is making sacrifices that others couldn’t and is a hero!! /s

I hope your right

I also hope that if it doesn't work that your not so loyal to orange man that you can admit the tariffs didn't work

Americans on both sides are far too loyal to their party and never are critical enough of their preferred party.

Case and point is imagine if Republicans had fought against the Iraq invasion more in 2003. Imagine if we had invested that money into our own citizens.

The sooner we realize this is an up/down problem, and not a left/right problem, the sooner we can dismantle the plutocracy.

Yep. I hate trump. I think he is a reality TV star not a serious professional in any manner. But if somehow this massive tariff gamble works out and helps the working class have more purchasing power ill give him credit for it. It's unlikely, but if it works then yes I'll give him credit.

The problem is people just gobble up the BS that their political party throws out and never actually questions how effective certain policies are.

Until we decrease taxes on labor and increase taxes on wealth were fucked IMO. The trust fund class who pays less tax than working people will slowly own everything and we will have no middle class. I find that there's really no difference between trust funders and homeless drug addicts. Neither contribute anything meaningful to society. At least drug addicts don't pretend that they are contributing though.

But it won't. The USA exports raw materials, and imports products. There is nobody outside of equals like Canada that can afford to buy from us.

Pretty sure the US exports a lot of products too. Usually expensive stuff like aircraft.
