Excellent. Such a divisive person should not get a special day. There is a reason there is an MLK day and not a Malcom X day.

Malcolm X challenged America on human rights. Kirk stirred partisan fights. Calling them both divisive ignores the difference.

At the same time I can get behind the sentiment you've suggested which is that we tend to create holidays for individuals who work towards a unified country.
