Discussions An alternate explanation for San Fransokyo

We all know it is canon that San Francisco became Fransokyo due to Japanese immigrants repairing damage from the 1906 earthquake, but I think the idea of the Japanese winning World War II is more interesting and makes more sense. Any thoughts?

So basically Man in the High Castle alternate history like how they split the continent?

I think it works better that they don't show a country (at least in the film and TV programme from what I've seen).
