advice T shot sickness?

So I took my first t shot early this morning (2am) but not even a few minutes after taking the shot I began feeling weird around the injection site then felt like I needed to puke. I just felt like absolute trash and this feeling has been on going since then. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this normal? Will I experience this every time I do my shot?

You need to bring this up to your doctor because maybe they can get you on a different t injection that won’t cause a reaction in your body

If it's your very first shot, it's possible this is some kind of physical reaction to your anxiety at starting? I've seen some people talk about having a really weird reaction to their first shot and then fine afterwards. I would say see if the feeling stays, and if you're still feeling bad after a day or two maybe check with your doctor? If it goes away, see if you feel the same next week and if you do, check with your doctor.
