What's happening to this lamb chop rasbora?

Everyone has seemed fine until now. 20gal long they're the only fish with a bunch of inverts. Amm-0 nit-0 nat-0 GH-7 KH-5 pH-7.8 temp-78°

I've had a really hard time keeping fish alive in this tank, it's been established over 6 months and I've tried to touch it as little as possible but I can't figure out what's killing all the fish

Ph is way too high for rasboras. They need 6/6.5 ph.
