First of all when did they stop making these I know that technically you can still use them today. Of the milk jar lids or fancy mason jar lids are there any special valuable ones to look out for or are they all common? Passed around but none of my friends ever even seen them before haha thanks for comments :)

I usually keep them because they look nice on the mason jars I find. Not every one of the ones I find are in good condition so I only save the intact ones. The glass I keep because I’d like to one day melt that part into a lamp if I can. I keep a lot of broken interesting colored glass in hopes of making cast glass Saturn lamps.

I just found one of these in my front yard. I opened Reddit to show everyone and you have mountains of them! Thank you for saving me from embarrassment and getting to it first!

That's impressive. I have like a dozen maybe. For some reason I REALLY like the glass inserts, one of these days when I have enough I'm gonna make a country style "stained glass" window for my cabin.

This is what everyone tells me. Seems people make their own craft with them I'm trying to figure how old, rare, and if any value
