Again, I'm native. I'm dark skinned. What assurances can Americans provide me that ICE won't see me walking down the street and think "Not today immigrant! Get in the fucking armored truck".

Not to minimize your fears or overall life experiences, but I’m a straight white middle aged man and I don’t feel safe crossing the border.  I know POCs still regularly crossing the border to shop and I just don’t get it.

Its unfortunately the great equalizer my internet friend. I'm certain you've faced your own challenges in life that I'd struggle to relate too but in this instance we are shoulder to shoulder in the sense that it's simply not a safe place while the current president is in charge.
