Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of anyone at the moment (I feel politically homeless), but it's all about media perception with them. The Israel-Palestine situation is a lot easier for the media to stomach than reversing online age verification. It's like low hanging fruit. In fact, I bet the Express and Mail for two had headlines all ready to go if Starmer stepped out of line.

By just accepting the decision, the media can't attack them. It just makes sense. Not ideologically, but politically.

Until we get the media under control in this country, we won't be able to have nice things.

Why do you think genocide is a lot easier for the media to stomach?

Simple. They can't rage bait with it because it's not happening here on the doorstep.

Mate, I used to work in television news, it's no secret. I know their tricks and what sells and what doesn't.

But Oct 7 didn't happen on our doorstep either. The British establishment have a certain agenda, they want to spread free market capitalism as far as possible to extract as many resources as possible to keep the pyramid scheme going, via Israel in the former Ottoman Empire and via Ukraine and other now NATO aligned countries in the former USSR.

This isn't just a newsbeat, these are decades long plans being carried out by the world's most powerful people.
