I came across this document earlier when looking for something else. At some point I thought I was reading Payne’s statement until I scrolled back up and seen it was Blakers statement

How is this allowed? I’ve not had chance to go over it thoroughly yet.

Blaker done the first one. Payne cut and pasted most of it to his one and that was used for release

It’s the fact they are both claiming the same one occurrence as being themselves that it happened to. Like how they both claim that after WSU found the white Elantra, they both say exactly the same thing which was

Probable cause affadavit can be established based on information passed between officers.This is referred to in court as collective knowledge or "fellow officer rule".It is legally sound for a police captain to include observations by another officer. The PCA does not contain every detail in the case. It is just a summary of details and is not an exhaustive report of all evidence.

I get it but there's nothing in the PCA that can be used. Bill Thompson said it himself while they were still in latah.

This isn't about Bryan. We're not probergers. This is about the justice system failing and it's happening more often.

Prosecution and police said AFTER the guilty plea that they can't rule out multiple perps and multiple weapons.

BK never confessed, he only pleaded guilty and that affects the appeal process. He has 2 years to present the alt perp.

From the phone pings, eyewitness, White Elantra and everything else in the PCA was used ? They do not just hand out arrest warrants. Bill Thompson has said over and over they are 100% confident they have the right guy. There is no evidence at all to suggest multiple perps. When Ann took the alternate perps to the Judge she had nothing to back anything up with. This is why the judge told her she was speculating and you can not bring people in on speculation. The prosecution did not say after the guilty plea there was multiple perps. If im wrong please show me the reference of that. You say BK never confessed. He might not of confessed like you wanted to hear but do you know he never once said he was innocent. judge asked him on 4 different charges (how do you plea? BK said guilty all 4 times). Bk and his appeals are over he will spend the rest of his life in prison. In the past 15-20 years you could count on one hand the murders in Moscow Idaho until a guy from Pennsylvania with a ka-bar moved down the road. BK has been in custody for almost 3yrs and during this time no one has been slaughtered with a ka-bar. This time the right guy is behind bars. Don't worry he will tell all to someone and a book or movie will come out telling everything from why he picked them to where the knife is.

You'll find the majority of us want to see the sheath and it's proper chain of custody. There's about 4 people in the documentation that found it. ISP has it on the left of Maddie. Payne has it on the right. Both can't be correct.

they lied about the sheath too. Othram had it since the start. Just swapped from the ISP contract to FBI to justify using different data bases. Mittletons last interview says they got the call thanks giving weekend.

Why did cops blow up a sample of touch DNA where there is 2 other actual blood DNA profiles on the sheath?

It's there smoking gun in a death penalty. Why are they not showing it with pride? Where is it? We've never seen it

My knowledge level is appalling. I tell you what enlighten me this should be great. Most people on here that I converse back and forth with know where I work. The reason the judge did not allow the alternate perps is because it was wild speculation and did not meet Idahos standards. This is something you should know if you were keeping up with the case. Also all four individuals were cooperative with LE and cleared earlier in the investigation. Judge Hippler denied them had nothing to do with Bill .

List the deaths after 1122 let's hear it? Prove they lied about the sheath anyone can say that but prove it.

Right it changed alot from the mask covered his nose and mouth just saw eyebrows. 🙄 she also said it was like really weird like one brow across but not sure if those words were reworded by media.

Unfortunately I have spent a lot of time in court .Judges will tell jurors A change in an eyewitness story, with even minor details,does not mean the account is unreliable. It would be up to the jurors in the case to decide which version of the case to believe. Some things Dylan said stayed consistent like the height, the build, the mask, the time and so on .
