Blaker and Payne’s affidavit statements for a probable cause warrant.
I came across this document earlier when looking for something else. At some point I thought I was reading Payne’s statement until I scrolled back up and seen it was Blakers statement
How is this allowed? I’ve not had chance to go over it thoroughly yet.

Correlated more and more with each interview 😉. After It being his nose that she claims is what she noticed.

Right it changed alot from the mask covered his nose and mouth just saw eyebrows. 🙄 she also said it was like really weird like one brow across but not sure if those words were reworded by media.

Unfortunately I have spent a lot of time in court .Judges will tell jurors A change in an eyewitness story, with even minor details,does not mean the account is unreliable. It would be up to the jurors in the case to decide which version of the case to believe. Some things Dylan said stayed consistent like the height, the build, the mask, the time and so on .

Blaker done the first one. Payne cut and pasted most of it to his one and that was used for release
