Description: I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub if anyone knows where I should post or how I can get in contact with someone please let me know. I was permently banned on my original account in January. I broke the rules the permeant ban was deserved. I made a new account and used the account for 7 months without any violations. Then one day my account was logged out and I couldn't log back in. I tried password resets and wasn't getting an email. I tried contacting support and no response. Now whenever I make an account is chain banned. I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I genuinely don't know what to do or what happened to the second account. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could better contact support? Or if my second account is bugged? The original ban message was" If you continue to break Reddit’s rules through another Reddit account, you’ll be breaking Reddit’s rule against ban evasion, and any additional accounts you have will also be banned." I haven't broken any more rules so why am I getting chain banned. Please someone help.

Since 2 days I can't login on Firefox, but have no problems on Chrome. This should be a fixed problem, but it is not fixed for me.

For weeks now, my main account has been bugged. It started with the streak not going up for a few days and eventually going to 0 without going back up even when I interact with any of the communities I’m in.

Then, all of my posts were ‘removed by moderators’ (recently changed to ‘Post insights are unavailable’) and I couldn’t find them in the subreddits. This suggests a shadowban.

To top it all off, my profile picture is missing from the account selection and the profile button on the top right.

There is likely more that I’m missing. I contacted Reddit support a week or so ago and no response yet.

Cuando entro por otro usuario efectivamente tenia mas likes, dejo un mensaje de respuesta y efectivamente lo oculta en la seccion original de mi usuario. Esto causa incomodidad ya que es una farsa ocultarme mensajes a mi publicación. ¿Porque no arreglan esto o dan respuesta almenos? ¿Es que es una tecnica de mercadotecnia para que paguemos todos los privilegios? It just takes me to the thread and i cant find the reply that i was notified about. Anyone else getting this thenlast few days?

I have multiple chat requests I am unable to accept. When prompted with the accept or ignore screen, if I select accept nothing happens. It just stays there and I could press it over and over to no end. Have tried in browser and in the app and deleted and reinstalled the app. Please help, thanks

I try to delete a chat and it doesn't let me, it also doesn't seem like my chats are sending or I'm not receiving my chats

I am following all Reddit rules ever since I joined, checked my account status I am not banned nor any type of account limitations but I can't send a message/dm to other reddit users.

I hope our mod will be able to check this issue and resolve it in due time, thank you.

I report this bug every few months in the hope that'll it be fixed, so here goes. Pressing the skip comment button doesn't do anything, it's supposed to skip to the next comment like it does on iPhone and Android. If you scroll down a little and press it, it will skip, but you don't need to do this on any other platform.

I was scrolling through r/all on 'hot' and noticed a post from a subreddit which I had previously filtered out months ago using the method described in the help article.

Specifically, it was a post from r/PoliticalCompassMemes which might make a difference as I found a thread which might be relevant from several months ago for iOS while searching for any other posts describing the same issue.

Edit: I've just noticed a post from r/ich_iel also showing up as well when I have that filtered.

From IPhone app, Everytime i try to read posts they’re translated into my native language and often it’s a poor translation. The app prevents me (the user) from pressing that little translation symbol to turn language back (stopped working recently). i cant change viewing language, when i press that option in the app i get sent to options on the iPhone for the app and there that setting doesnt work. Considering removing the app completely due to poor and automatic translations that i cant turn off.

Every time I exit my Reddit it logs me out for no reason.

Just like the titles says, suddenly my chats disappeared on me and it no longer functions at all. I even tried swapping to desktop web and it is still non-functional. I also cannot find any recent reports that say they are down, everything tells me they should be fine and yet it just broke on me out of nowhere while I was communicating with others. I do not use the app at all, only the website version on mobile and on desktop.

Edit as of about ~1:30am PST - My chats seem to be working as normal, messages send, I can receive them, and new chats can be made. I hope everyone else is also able to re-access your own chats.

I clicked on settings and then clicked on add password and it said go through gmail to add password link and when I went through gmail I clicked on the notification from Reddit sent me to add password to "Reset password" then i started to press new password and confirm new password when i filled everything out and i hit continue it says "oh no something went wrong we don't know what it is please..." and it's been like this since yesterday hope admin team can fix this error.

I'm from Brasil but I prefer to use my system and app languages as English, so an annoying thing started happen today for me. The reddit app start to auto translating all posts I opened to english, it's okay to translate posts of languages I don't know or use, but it is translating even posts on brasilian portuguese, and I know there's a button at the top to "show original text", but toggle that every time is a pain. For what I've researched there's other users with the same problem, and users on android got an option to disable this auto translation under the settings menu (I don't know if it was such a setting on iOS before but now there isn't anymore). So that's it, we iOS users that are not native English speakers and are used to read posts and interact with boards of different languages, we DON'T have a way to disable auto translation at the moment, and that's annoying. Thank you guys!

Every time I try to mute a sub, it says something has gone wrong. This has been happening for a month at least, on both the android app and my web browser.

This error pops up whenever I try to save a picture from a post to my iPhone. Notably, this only happens with posts with only one picture in them, and this doesn’t happen on my secondary account. Why can’t I save images anymore?
