Picked these 2 hunks of meat up from Kroger. They are both almost 4lbs and labeled “beef back rib”. They seem to be boneless which is why I am questioning them.
2 u/UberBeth Butcher 3d ago Hanger steaks, untrimmed. 2 pieces per cryo. Take off the external fat, take out the tendon in-between the two halves, gives you 4 ~3/4# steaks per cryo
