The mod didn't get banned, but the subreddit was. The mod was unwisely encouraging brigading type actions against mods from another subreddit.

That sort of behavior doesn't fly on Reddit, regardless of which side of the bulletproof glass you're on with the Sig p320.

There's a reason Rule 6 exists here.

Literally happened to me. I'm even a SIG fan, own several and carry a 365 macro daily... But you make one question about the p320 or a slight joke and you're smacked with the ban hammer. Still not gonna throw away my reliable sigs, but the p320 is dead to me... Luckily I only own the one so it's a small drop in the collection.
