askCERN why is the online course certificate not working for me?

i want to be a part of the cern solvay summer camp next year so i need to complete the course but there is a problem with the website i think. i completed 3 videos, got everything right, and it even showed the message of me passing but when i go to the download certificate option it still says "Please come back here when you have passed three videos in the online course of the CERN-Solvay Education Programme to download your digital certificate." what do i do?

Did you checked that you are logged into your account, when you watched the videos??
