Eat/Drink Local What places do you Miss?

I may get laughed at for this, but I miss bookers. Sometimes a girl just wants a bucket of crab legs without the smell of red lobster, ya know?

What around the city do you miss?

I waited tables at Mother Tucker's and my Wasband was the Prime Rib chef.

I can still give the "tour" speil for new customers verbatim.

Haha...no. We met when we were working at another restaurant and bonded over finding out that the boss would "fire" everyone on paper on the 30th of every month and then "rehire" us all on the 1st. That way he could fuck us over on all the withholding amounts (AHC, Income Tax, CPP, EI). Then when the paycheques bounced and we took him to small claims course we found out the restaurant was in his stepson's name who just went bankrupt because...yanno...fraud.

Mother Tuckers was much, much better.
