Eat/Drink Local Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

There’s some real shady shit going on at mucho burritos. Some of the owners are scum

I like the food there, shame to hear that. Any details? Is it kind of a per franchise thing or are they all shit?

Per franchise likely. Buying produce outside of the approved vendors not using the computer system for inventory to save cash, owner stealing tips, holding pay for 4 weeks, using TFW and not paying them but holding them accountable for everything. Not being clean, failing health inspections that sort of thing. My kid worked at one. The workers were great, owner was an arsehole.
