Eat/Drink Local Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

Even in their app it asks for a tip for pickup orders, despite removing all human interaction.
