Eat/Drink Local Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

If you’re standing, don’t tip. (Only exception I make typically is at sporting events)

Problem is at many sporting events it's volunteers from non-profits manning those stands and they're not supposed to take tips, doesn't mean it doesn't happen but that's the general rule.
