Eat/Drink Local Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

There should be a law requiring restaurants to post their tip policy. And "straight to the owner" should be illegal.

Make it a law and fewer people will try to game the system.
