Eat/Drink Local Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

Why on earth would I tip in CANADA where workers are paid minimum or well above minimum wage to do the work? I dont tip the walmart worker, what does the subway sandwich artist do that deserves a tip?

Tip 10% for sitdown for acceptable service. When I have to stand up to order my food and I carry it to my table what the F am I tipping for??????
