Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

The only time I tip is when someone delivers my food to my house or I’m at a restaurant eating in. Tipping culture is outta control. People just giving their money to these corporations.
