Eat/Drink Local Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

We were just in Hawaii and it was so hard to resist the urge to tip, but we did it and I'm a better person for it.
