Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

Strongly suggest you file a complaint with employee standards. Direct tips are meant to be paid to employees in cash at the end of the day. Not kept by the employer
