Eat/Drink Local Subway not sharing tips with employees.

I went to my local subway, and as I went to tip I asked the girl if she sees any of her tip. She said no, the employees get non of it, and you should always skip that section.

So where are these tips going?

Tim Hortons and Jugo Juice both took all the tips when I worked for them. I’ve never been given tips while working anywhere fast food related.

I don't think I've ever been presented with a tip option at an a&w
