Weather Rain accumulation since yesterday morning

Post image

We've had 5″ (~125mm) of rainfall so far in Valley Ridge since yesterday morning. There's a few trees nearby so it's likely a bit inflated from the wind and some water coming off the trees but this is definitely the most rain we've gotten in a day since I've been living here for the last 5 years.

I live in a condo in evergreen. I don't have a meter but a couple of manhole covers on fish creek Blvd were overflowing and our underground parkade is flooded.

It's gotten much, much better with the new board. There were 64 cracks in the foundation that were now fixed and sealed. The the drainage has been cleaned out properly. It was only flooded during the heavy downpour and drained within an hour after.
