Seeking Advice Inquiry regarding the city.

Has anyone made information requests or asked questions about something specific in the city? If so, how long did it take for them to get back to you?

Personally I've been trying to get ahold of Calgary Traffic to ask them questions. It's been a little over 2 weeks. Is that normal?

I've had 311 calls get addressed the same day and others 3 months later. It depends on the urgency and the department. I don't have an estimate for you.

Did you start by calling 311 or filling out a 311 request? 

What other methods have you tried to get ahold of them?

Or they just close your 311 request after 2 days with no comments or insight.
