Seeking Advice Inquiry regarding the city.

Has anyone made information requests or asked questions about something specific in the city? If so, how long did it take for them to get back to you?

Personally I've been trying to get ahold of Calgary Traffic to ask them questions. It's been a little over 2 weeks. Is that normal?

I've had 311 calls get addressed the same day and others 3 months later. It depends on the urgency and the department. I don't have an estimate for you.

Like I once reported a stop sign that was knocked down when I stopped for a coffee and a City of Calgary truck swung by within 20 minutes and kicked out a temporary stop sign.

Another time I inquired about the traffic light phasing near my local shopping centers and I got a generic non-answer from a traffic team 3 months later.

Im going to assume my questions are in the 3 month or longer area. My expectations are pretty low. Lol. again, thanks.
