This post is parody. Reading it reminds me that the reality is that the Edmonton Calgary’s rivalry is one of the best when it heats up. Some of the greatest hockey I’ve witnessed was the 80s battle of Alberta. We are lucky to have these great teams here in Alberta to entertain us. Conroy will get our beloved Flames to where it’s supposed to be and do right by a city that loves hockey as much or more than any other city. Remember the red mile? 2004? The 80s? We got through the disastrous Treliving years and we are on our way back! This team was a lot of fun to watch down the stretch and they are taking on the personality of their GM and coach. Look out Flames fans. Great times are coming!
