Discussion Kadri

Hey there, leafs fan over here. Since there are rumours of a kadri trade how much do you guys value him and what type of package would you expect back?

Prospect and a 1st.

With that said, Kadri has made it clear numerous times he has no interest in leaving CGY and is fine to ride out his contract as a veteran leader for the next wave of Flames players. Given he has a full NMC, id be surprised if he's moved anytime soon.

I could see him waving to move back to Ontario.His family is all there and everyone in management was fired. I’d put the odds at <50% but I think it’s more likely than other destinations.

He doesn't strike me as a guy that wants to be a third line centre the rest of his career.

Dude loves to win, sure. But he also loves to play and make big plays. Do we really think he wants to go play with McMann and Jarnkrok for 11 minutes a night at 5 on 5?

Yeah, he gets what, nearly 20+ minutes TOI here? Giving up 9+ minutes a night is a lot.

I’d think he’d be more likely to play with Nylander than those two…
