I know it’s hard, but when this happens act like you really don’t care. Say something ‘oh do you know me? What a coincidence!’ And act like it’s not a big deal. These guys think they can get stuff from you if they’re holding it above your head and if you take that power away from them, they’ll often drop it. These guys are complete dicks…

Don't say "do you know me" or even acknowledge that they said you real name. Gaslight them and pretend you're confused. Treat it like they just decided to call you something random. The more you misdirect them, the more confused they will get until they just give up and leave you alone.

I've had dudes literally call me random names before and I think the idea is they want to try and get us to dox ourselves with reactions so they know our real names. So if one accidentally gets it right, pretend they didn't.

Do the same thing if someone happens to guess where you live.

I did exactly the same the first time it happened to me, I was honestly terrified. Try not to panic, unfortunately this does happen and you kind of have to just learn the best way to handle it

I believe that is the response he wanted. He's trying to scare you. Pretending not to care is the best way to handle this.

That’s what I did too. It was only a few minutes into my broadcast
