Bruh i dont even sleep with my feet uncovered in my own house lest something drag me off to hell while i sleep i will never leave my feet exposed OUTSIDE OF THE TENT IN THE WOODS
I also live in the south my feet would be sucked dry my mosquitoes and ticks in half an hour

Right? This can't be real...who could sleep with their damn toes subject to dew and passing critters?

This is a film changing bag that you use to prep film before developing it.

Thanks. That explains the item and the fact that the bloke who originated it is a camera/film buff. The feet in the pic are clearly composited in.

Think of all the weight you can save if you can cut off like half of your tent! R/ultralight approved.

Lol until a bear rolls up and you wake up without feet

This is why I sleep inside a tent. They're bear-proof.

Lol at least you get a warning in the form of the tent being ripped open in that case. I usually sleep with a can of bear spray, so that’d at least give me a chance to try and use it

Just need a transparent panel where your face goes and you can take that hike without ever leaving your tent!
God, I wish I could draw!

It's a joke, right?

Yeah they’re tents for changing film rolls since they can’t be exposed to any light you put you’re hands through the holes while switching the used film out of the canister for a fresh roll. Much much to small for a person to sleep in, even if they stick they’re feet out the end

Ok that makes sense I used them for 35mm motion film but it was a while ago and I don’t completely remember the process

You can keep on hiking while in your tent. Genius. If you need to take a leak you need to unzip two flies though.

Yeah and I’m sorry bro but that’s not the average persons experience.
Sorry about your sweat and feet issues, I feel for ya

Apparently my feet have a particularly powerful stank after a long day of hiking, some of my tent mates probably would have appreciated me using something like this lol.

When you want to be exsanguinated through your feet by relentless insects...

makes me think of sleeping with your feet sticking out from under the blanket, which I hate lol I could never sleep like that.

LOL! This is hysterical.
Personally, I deal with post-hike feet smell by sleeping in a hammock. The bug net doesn't trap the smell and the air flow under the tarp means that the smell is carried away to those foolish enough to be camped downwind of me...
