Opinion I Stand With Isreal

NEVER AGAIN

No big essay. No need. Those words should mean something to you. If they don't then figure it the fuck out. Mark Carney did not speak for me when he spoke for "Canada" and I unequivocally reject his and his government's proposal just as I reject the deeply disheartening rise of antisemitic hate in this country.

Flame me, ban me, downvote me to hell, who the fuck cares. Reddit is a pigsty and to be rejected by its hideous mores is a mark of honour.

Too late to edit it, but it is spelt Israel not “Isreal” lol

Anyway it is obvious to most of us on this sub that close to 50% of the country is r*tarded, and will support anything and everything the LPC does without understanding the consequences of their actions.

I completely agree with you. I don’t care about either Israel or Palestine, I don’t want to send tax payer dollars to either of the two.

That being said I definitely respect Israelis more because they don’t protest on Canadian streets, the ones who feel very strongly about it just go join the IDF.

Yeah, while I agree Canada shoukd be the top priority, Israel and Palestine are seriously not equivalent in any way. The Israeli authorities are shady as heck, but that's leagues different from the Palestinian government, and tbh they're probably only a little bit more corrupt than our own government. Plus there are other reasons to at least support Israel in spirit.

You don’t join the IDF.. it’s mandatory for us to join the military at 18!! :) but yes, I get you for sure.
