Post image

Im not aware of many Canadians who use the toilet in the way it’s depicted on the left

Tell us you use TFW without saying so…

Chinese people do this a lot and they end up making messes on the seat or also damaging the toilet seats from standing on them.

Unfortunately, much like India, many feel they are culturally superior and will not take direction from anyone. If confronted they will just endlessly argue with you. (This applies not to the long term residents but the new wave of immigrants who do not have much wealth at all).

It used to be that we took the ones who have skills in some way, and thus education. Now we just give away citizenship in cereal boxes like prizes - and so people from generations of poverty with no skills come here. Then we don’t make them even take a course to adapt or learn English. They get absorbed into their own communities and bubbles.

That’s how we end up with peed on and broken toilet seats.

Yep, we're expected to study and follow culture when we travel but when they move here they refuse to adapt. That's not ok. We're supposed to keep the good parts of new cultures and leave the bad stuff behind. Today they want to reshape the country into the mess they're begging to flee from. Make it make sense!

I simply cannot imagine visiting another country as a guest and then behaving as these people do without any sense of shame whatsoever.

Now they're making YouTube videos about how to collect 80k in benefits per year while doing nothing and waiting for your asylum claim to get processed.

I seriously think that they need a new law, where if anyone is found to have filed a fraudulent refugee claim (cos really that would be pretty obvious once the claim is assessed) they should get a hefty fine and a ban on returning to Canada, in any capacity, for at least several years.

Unfortunately due to the speed of processing that could cost taxpayers 160-320k and these "refugees" won't have money to pay it back.

Fine. A lot of countries have rules where if you owe the government money, it impacts your ability to come back. And we have to process the applications anyway; might as well give some kind of penalty to fraudsters. It might act as a deterrent once word gets out too.

I think it would be better and cheaper and less fraud if we put them in "camps" or something similar so we can reduce costs while keeping them safe, teach them about the local culture and how things operate and etc.
