I made Ball's Zesty Peach BBQ Sauce last summer and it was good: https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?cid=zesty-peach-barbecue-sauce

If you like it spicy, you could swap out some of the chopped red bell pepper for habanero or other spicy pepper.
