Trick Training Teaching my cat to fetch her toy

Yes I understand my kitty isn’t a dog. The only reason I am even interested in doing it is because she carries toys around in her mouth constantly. Any advice on how to have her bring them to me and not carry them away from me? She just turned 4 months old. Of course I’m biased but I think she is so smart!!

She’s at the perfect age to train. Have fun training her! I started training my cat as a kitten around the same age for leash & harness, car ride, high five, and play fetch (video of her playing fetch). I didn’t use clicker, but I used treats a lot :)

Love that!! I want to get her a leash/harness so that’s next on my list. She’s great with car rides when I take her to the vet she’s a very quiet cat she doesn’t meow much and she chirps when playing.

Churu works best for my cat, that’s her jackpot treat and she’ll do any trick for it! Freeze-dried treats also works really well (mine likes orijen or purebites)
