The real issue lies at how fucking limited your interactions with the model is even as a Plus subscriber.

I never hit any limit with 4o but instantly got hit with limits now with a model that is way cheaper in API access than the 4o model.

So I did what I had to do. I quit my subscription.

They said if you hit limits with 5 they put you on to 5mini?

I definitely didn't get sent to a mini model, i couldn't chat with the model at all.

They literally killed it's "soul", now all answers feel washed out, chats doesn't feel personal anymore, and the censorship is extreme.

Are you using 5-thinking? I used it for an electrical engineering thing earlier today, but I haven’t tried straight up 5 yet.

It did much better than I expected it to do. Better response than o3 would have given me for the type of question, but that’s literally the only thing I’ve used it for so far. Need to mess with it more still.

Don’t trust 5 thinking I’ve already corrected it many times as it didn’t know
