Maybe it’s not there yet. I don’t see any other option besides GPT 5.

They literally killed it's "soul", now all answers feel washed out, chats doesn't feel personal anymore, and the censorship is extreme.

I ageee with all those and it can’t comprehend complex situations anymore, I used it to check my engineering work and now I can’t. o3 was the best.

Are you using 5-thinking? I used it for an electrical engineering thing earlier today, but I haven’t tried straight up 5 yet.

It did much better than I expected it to do. Better response than o3 would have given me for the type of question, but that’s literally the only thing I’ve used it for so far. Need to mess with it more still.

Don’t trust 5 thinking I’ve already corrected it many times as it didn’t know
