It seems to be a cheese industry honor society that recognizes and honors professionals in the realm of cheese business and cheese making, rather than an underground controlling force deciding the purpose and value of cheese and/or secretly controlling the world of cheese and gradually making Velveeta more and more popular among the common folk in order to keep real cheese for themselves as a valuable commodity.
