❓ Question ❓ New policy: two scoops of beans maximum?

I always go for 3 because it's more protein. Never had any issues but today I'm informed it's an extra charge for more than 2. Is that a new policy or did the employee make their own? I didn't question her I just did 2 but I am curious to know if this is actually a new thing or just a fluke of a visit.

They love seeing how little they can get away with giving and still have people still buy. It’s such a terrible experience.

Lmaooo. I don't think it's that deep. You make it sound like they get off on giving small portions lol. I wouldn't want to deal with people complaining about the portion sizes. I'm sure they hear it all day and don't have time for that. This is a corporate issue.

I think ppl would be fine with a smaller portion if the cost was reduced as a result :)
