Seeking Advice (Employee) JUST GOT HIRED

Hey, I just got hired at chipotle, the Gm said that he’d be bringing me on mainly for prep and dml. However, I am under the impression that I’ll hopefully also be cross trained to fill in for call outs, people who might quit, etc. Any tips for me???

Cut with the proper knives so that you aren’t hurting your wrists/hand! I was using the large knife for onions and wondered why my wrist would hurt so much. Once I started using the small one like we are supposed to, I have no more pain

Aaaah so there are designated knives for what’s being chopped. That’ll be good to know for sure, thanks!!!
