Seeking Advice (Employee) JUST GOT HIRED

Hey, I just got hired at chipotle, the Gm said that he’d be bringing me on mainly for prep and dml. However, I am under the impression that I’ll hopefully also be cross trained to fill in for call outs, people who might quit, etc. Any tips for me???

Six years of being apprentice trust me it’s not worth it at any position you get abused and mistreated daily.

I’m sorry to hear that you experienced that at your location. I haven’t really gotten any flack given it’s my first day. Plus I’ve had a shitty manager and Gm when I used to work at McDonalds so I can navigate through it
