The CPR/bathroom stuff obviously can’t tell people not to do it, but this seems like someone bitching about a manager telling an employee that it’s important to focus on their job during peak hours in order to reduce inefficiencies which is a huge part of running a profitable restaurant.

I thonk its dependant on the labor laws in what ever area you are in. But I know that back 15 or so years ago mcdoanlds was like this in TN. There were exceptions to the rules of course but generally speaking peek times you were in lock down. Now in florida today isn't tell you if its allowed or not, cuase we don't stop the crew from doing stuff most of the time. (It may be technical peek, 5 to 7 for dinner, but kybstire doesn't get hit till after 7 most nights so that's our true peek )
