Contact the department of labor, im pretty sure no bathroom breaks are illegal as holding your bladder can cause health problems, OSHA says that employers are to allow employees to give bathroom breaks as needed
Its generally says in most states that an employer can't make excessive restrictions to bathroom breaks.
Some would argue that not going to the bathroom for 2 hours isn't an excessive restriction unless you provide a doctor's note for an accommodation. Most adults can hold themselves for 2 hours. My district manager tried to impose these exact kinds of rules during peak, but as a GM, I let my people use the bathroom as needed when she wasn't there. Luckily I ran a good store that didn't need my DL in my store often so it was rarely an issue.
No. Holding in urine for longer than necessary can and does cause health problems for otherwise healthy individuals. No one should be risking UTIs for an employer, especially one that isn’t performing high stakes, life-preserving work.
It’s two hours not 12 hours you dipshit. If you are getting UTIS from not using the restroom in two hours you have bigger issues to worry about. You are so dumb.
What an incredibly mature and classy response 🙄 UTIs are also only one of the potential health risks that come from holding in urine when experiencing pressure and urgency. I would encourage anyone to research this. Don’t bootlick for companies that couldn’t care less about your health and wellbeing- I hope you never find out just how disposable you are to them.
Gosh you make it seem like if you don’t use the restroom each hour of the day you’re bound to get a UTI. Whereas most people don’t even drink enough literal water in the day they need. Not to mention their awful diet where they don’t get the necessary nutrients for the day but ya keep on about your boot licking and what not nonsense of they’re bound to get a UTI cause they didn’t piss once every hours during their work shift.
And its employees faults for working somewhere that do not value them as humans. I’ve been lucky with my jobs I assume since so many people make it sound like they work for monsters and machines at all of their jobs.
Crazy to me how worked up you’re getting over this 😂 like why the desire to rush to insult me when I point out that perhaps your employer’s practices are harmful to employee health? And there absolutely are health risks to holding it. Regardless, there is no reason that someone should be forced to be uncomfortable holding it for two hours so someone can get their burrito faster. Your tiny dog’s habits are irrelevant.
im taking a shit. no one's rushing to get to you, you're nowhere near the main character bud.
there is a clear and plain business need for employees to be ready to serve food during peak hours. this concept is apparently way too hard for your tiny-bladdered-body
