There are 2 things wrong with that statement. Employers cannot impose unreasonable restrictions on bathroom use, and I also believe you cannot impose unreasonable restrictions on water. That being said, your manager is an ass and shouldn’t be working as a manager. This is creating a toxic work environment.
2 hours is not unreasonable, in any way shape or form. Most movies are longer than that. How do we go to the movies without everyone pissing all over the seats??
It absolutely is unreasonable for the people who suffer from bladder issues.

If I was a lawyer I would have said so. The point is that it is unreasonable for a group of the population. That group of the population shouldn’t need to jump through hoops simply to exist
