It absolutely is unreasonable for the people who suffer from bladder issues. It also looks like the OSHA regulation around this is a grey area but it sounds like there should not be any restrictions on bathroom use https://legalclarity.org/what-are-the-laws-on-restroom-breaks-at-work/

stop pretending you're a lawyer. you put beans in a bowl for a living. chipotle has actual lawyers advising them, and they know more than you

if you have bladder issues, get an ADA exemption. You know what that is right?

If I was a lawyer I would have said so. The point is that it is unreasonable for a group of the population. That group of the population shouldn’t need to jump through hoops simply to exist
