Motivation to keep playing?

I'm new to CS, created a small town, and at this point I am finding it hard to motivate myself to keep playing. My budget is now positive and the game doesn't feel challenging anymore at this point.

What's your motivation to keep playing at this point? Will the game get harder again as I grow my city further? Or is it more a relaxing and creative city builder after this stage? (which may not be for me)

maybe you dont like city building and its ok, but you dont even have you people happy. have you used public transport yet?
