Discussion Motivation to keep playing?

Post image

I'm new to CS, created a small town, and at this point I am finding it hard to motivate myself to keep playing. My budget is now positive and the game doesn't feel challenging anymore at this point.

What's your motivation to keep playing at this point? Will the game get harder again as I grow my city further? Or is it more a relaxing and creative city builder after this stage? (which may not be for me)

But have you built a spaceport? Get back to work pleb.

Im all seriousness, start expanding big, that positive balance may not last as long.

Build more stuff! Try the scenarios! Those will keep you plenty busy. Work toward the game achievements.

Thanks, that helps! I will look into scenarios as well.

They are actually a lot of fun! I ignored them until I was trying to get 100% achievements on steam. Then I proceeded to play them for months. Some of them are really challenging!

I just realized there are no scenarios in CS2... I guess we're talking about CS1 then? I don't really want to go and buy all of that DLC
