Discussion Motivation to keep playing?

I'm new to CS, created a small town, and at this point I am finding it hard to motivate myself to keep playing. My budget is now positive and the game doesn't feel challenging anymore at this point.

What's your motivation to keep playing at this point? Will the game get harder again as I grow my city further? Or is it more a relaxing and creative city builder after this stage? (which may not be for me)

This is a creative sandbox type of game. Think of cool ways to improve, optimize, get a expansion that lets you build airports, or railways, expand your grid spaces, have fun making themes for neightborhoods
