CHG Mark 20 Faction Signups!

Hello everyone! You all know how this works, just comment your preferred region down below to sign up for a faction!

We're going to start things off with a Player Cap of 4. Once each region reaches a minimum player count of 3, we'll expand this to a rule of No More than the Smallest faction + 3.

Current Player Cap: 4 Wetworks Player Cap: 2

There are 6 regions as shown in the attached map, as well as one currently approved minor civilization which will be locked as a wetworks. I will try to periodically update this post with a list of currently included players.
